瑞典中国商会会议纪要

议题及纪要：
会议回顾了商会成立以来的工作，在总结经验基础上优化工作流程，达成如下共识：
一、关于商会银行账户授权人变更
由于工作变动，对商会的银行账户权限人进行变更： 由中国银行王芳行长接替索红作为商会银行账户权限人，具体交接手续尽快办理。
二、明确新一任会长单位分工
经协商讨论，为保持商会工作的延续性，发挥各会长单位优势，对新一届会长单位分工如下：中国五矿主要负责商会日常事务，中国国航主要负责商会对外联络，中国银行主要负责商会宣传。副会长单位要在会长单位的统一领导下，既要职责相对固定，工作上又要随时沟通、互相搭配，必要时补缺换位。
三、完善和调整商会秘书处工作
补充商会秘书单位空缺，同意新增中国电信作为瑞典中国商会秘书单位，负责商会宣传工作，主要是商会网站的建设、维护，商会活动资料、会议记录整理和归档等工作。根据分工，商会宣传工作由中国银行王芳行长负责领导，具体工作由中国电信李中杰负责落实。
对原秘书单位中国联通的工作进行调整，负责商会对外联络，主要对当地的商协会的横向沟通和联系，以扩大中国商会的影响力。根据分工，商会外联工作由中国国航严文中总经理负责领导，具体工作由中国联通姜勇负责落实。
原秘书单位畅通国际的工作维持不变，继续负责商会日常事务、司库和商会会务活动安排等。根据分工，商会事务工作由中国五矿李洪钟总经理负责领导，具体工作由畅通国际李凯负责落实。
三个秘书单位在三个会长单位的领导下，从商会大局出发，协调统一，既要职责相对固定，工作上又要随时沟通、互相搭配，必要时补缺换位。
四、工作衔接
针对上述工作分工和调整，请各有关单位做好工作交接、工作对接等，做到不断不乱，做好商会服务工作，团结一致，努力奉献，为会员创造良好的平台环境，遵循“服务会员、合作共赢”的理念，发挥商会在企业、政府和其它社会机构之间的桥梁纽带作用，使中国商会成为在瑞中资企业永远的家。

The meeting reviewed the work of the Chamber of Commerce since its establishment, optimized the work process based on the summary of experience, and reached the following consensus:
1. Change of the authorized person of the Chamber of Commerce’s bank account
Due to work changes, the Chamber of Commerce’s bank account authority has been changed: Bank of China President Wang Fang will replace Suo Hong as the Chamber of Commerce’s bank account authority, and the specific handover procedures will be handled as soon as possible.
2. Clarify the division of labor of the new chairman unit
After consultation and discussion, in order to maintain the continuity of the Chamber of Commerce’s work and give full play to the advantages of each chairman unit, the division of labor for the new chairman unit is as follows: China Minmetals is mainly responsible for the daily affairs of the Chamber of Commerce, Air China is mainly responsible for the Chamber of Commerce’s external liaison, and Bank of China is mainly responsible for the Chamber of Commerce’s publicity. Under the unified leadership of the president unit, the vice-chairman unit should have relatively fixed responsibilities, communicate and cooperate with each other at any time, and fill in vacancies and change positions when necessary.
3. Improve and adjust the work of the Chamber of Commerce Secretariat
To fill the vacancies of the Chamber of Commerce secretariat, it is agreed to add China Telecom as the secretariat of the Swedish Chinese Chamber of Commerce, responsible for the publicity of the Chamber of Commerce, mainly the construction and maintenance of the Chamber of Commerce website, the organization and archiving of Chamber of Commerce activity materials and meeting records. According to the division of labor, the publicity of the Chamber of Commerce will be led by Wang Fang, President of Bank of China, and the specific work will be implemented by Li Zhongjie of China Telecom.
Adjust the work of the original secretary unit China Unicom, responsible for the external liaison of the Chamber of Commerce, mainly the horizontal communication and contact with local chambers of commerce and associations, in order to expand the influence of the Chinese Chamber of Commerce. According to the division of labor, the external liaison work of the Chamber of Commerce will be led by Yan Wenzhong, General Manager of Air China, and the specific work will be implemented by Jiang Yong of China Unicom.
The work of the original secretary unit Tongtong International remains unchanged, and it will continue to be responsible for the daily affairs of the Chamber of Commerce, the treasurer and the arrangement of the Chamber of Commerce activities. According to the division of labor, the Chamber of Commerce affairs will be led by Li Hongzhong, General Manager of China Minmetals, and the specific work will be implemented by Li Kai of Changtong International.
Under the leadership of the three president units, the three secretarial units will proceed from the overall situation of the Chamber of Commerce, coordinate and unify, and have relatively fixed responsibilities, communicate and cooperate with each other at any time, and make up for vacancies and change positions when necessary.
IV. Work connection
In view of the above division of labor and adjustment, all relevant units are requested to do a good job in work handover and work connection, so as to ensure continuous and orderly work, do a good job in Chamber of Commerce service, unite as one, work hard and make contributions, create a good platform environment for members, follow the concept of “serving members and win-win cooperation”, and play the role of the Chamber of Commerce as a bridge between enterprises, governments and other social institutions, so that the China Chamber of Commerce will become the permanent home of Chinese enterprises in Sweden.
